She's actually doing pretty good today. She's eating and drinking more and back to pooping normal. Her wound looks good to.

X2Her friends will eat her. She should be pretty well healed before you reintroduce her to the flock.
Is the prolapse resolved? If it is still hanging out, the tissue will dry out and die, most likely killing the hen.
