Chicken with a cough/cold?

Today we noticed one of our 4-41/2 month old chickens had watery, sleepy eyes, and seemed to cough, maybe even blood? Upper respiratory infection? It's been crazy with rain, and cooler for sure, but the coop is mostly dry. I changed everything out, fresh, dry and disinfected with a natural spray, and decided to start antibiotics in her water. I've even managed to use a small syringe and get more antibiotic water in her. Any ideas, or other suggestions. Seems to be keeping to herself a bit more. Worried.

Chickens don't really get colds. There are several viral respiratory diseases but they are chronic and not curable. It's also possible it's a fungal condition related to the high humidit and water:
