Chicken with a warm swollen blue toe

One of my chickens has a blue toe that is warm and a little swollen.She has a noticeable limp.

I noticed there was a small scab on the ankle area

Looks like she got a little bo bo on her toe.
Is that dried blood?
She is probably limping cause it is hurting/bothering her.
You may want to put something like neosporin on it and just keep an eye on her.

I tried washing whatever that is off but it would not come off.

Maybe it's bruised.
I would keep it clean with a little dab of medicine and just keep an eye on her.
She should heal It doesn't look life threatening.

UPDATE:The blueness of the toe is gone but the scab around ankle grew 2x as big as it was could this be an infection?
