Chicken with both of her legs turned at her knees

I have 1 hen that was born with her legs turned in and her feet were not extended but she keeps going but I have noticed that there are 3 hens that pick on her ? Can anyone tell me why ?

Bullying the infirm in a flock is an ancient chicken compulsion that stems from insuring the survival of the flock in the wild. On top of that, chickens' bullying instinct is triggered by a chicken less able to move freely about. This has inherent dangers that the bullied chicken will become used to being bullied and may expect to be mistreated, creating a vicious cycle.

Such a chicken can eventually starve if they come to believe they don't deserve to eat due to the treatment they endure day in and day out.
