Chicken with eye issue (PICS NOW ADDED)

I have a bird that is NOT a RIR (for some reason I remembered being one of the RIR's but when I just went out to close up for the night and take pictures I clearly saw it wasn't one of the RIR) that I noticed today is having some issues with her eyes. She is about 4 months old. One eye is swollen shut and the other eye looks like it is bulging open and the eye lid is pulled back. Ther is no discharge from either eye our the mouth or nostrils. She seems to be getting around just fine but stayed close or in the coop all day.

Any help would be appreciated.

i think there is something called terramycine that you put on eyes.

You can get Terramycin ointment...I just had the SAME EXACT issue on one of my Heritage BR girls....a small ribbon twice a day on the infected eye for about three days and VIOLA....all gone

Terrimycin eye ointment can be found at the feed store usually in the horse section( really small tube). I had this happen to one of my serama girls. I applied the ointment 3 times a day for 1 week and she cleared right up.
