Chicken with large crop

Hi guys, my chicken has a really big crop, and it doesn't drain over night. It kind of seems to be bothering her because she scratches at it a lot, and it's really red. I gave her 2 eggs twice a day with some lactose free yogurt (I heard chickens can't have lactose) and it got better for a little while, but when I stop the treatment it gets worse again. Is it possible to treat this?

Do you guys have any other ideas for a crop bra? I tried 2, and my hen got them both off over night.

I think that is why the hens CAN,T lay but 2 are 3 eggs A DAY SOME TIMES THEY LAY 1 EGG
