Chicken with Wheeze While Breathing

My 3 year old Amberlink has a wheeze while she breathes. Otherwise she seems completely healthy. Her egg whites do seem a bit water when cracked though. Any suggestions for what I can give her to improve her breathing?

She’s had breathing issues before and I gave her spices and herbs to help boost her respiratory system and it went away. I noticed this about 2 weeks ago and gave her the same stuff.

Spices and herbs can only do so much, if if they were grocery store spice and herbs, they did little to nothing.
What were they? Some can by toxic to chickens.
Just wheezing? No mucus or sneezing?
