this hen, I believe has gapeworm it had all the symptoms, and yesterday I treated it I researched and came up with what I thought was the best thing to give her, it’s the next day now and she hasn’t been shaking her head or opening her mouth but she won’t leave the roost, it’s been a couple hours and she hasn’t Eaten or drank since I opened the coop door, just sat on her roost with her eyes closed, she has moved around and opened her eyes. Any ideas what’s wrong ?

What does her crop feel like?
Where are you located in the world?
What did you give her for treating Gapeworm? Product and dose.
Please get some photos of her poop
How long has she had symptoms - she was shaking her head? Opening her mouth? Any respiratory distress, coughing, sneezing, bubbles/pus in the eyes, mucous from the nostrils?
Anything inside her beak like yellow or white pasty material?

Look her over for lice/mites and check her ears for infection too while you are getting the answers to all the above and some photos.

If she's not drinking, then it would be a good idea to bring her aside and encourage her to drink. Hydration is very important.

Im located in the USA in Virginia, I gave her fenbendazole, I noticed the symptoms yesterday she was not eat just sitting still and opening her mouth and extending her neck, also very violently shaking her head around. I don’t see any pus in the eyes or any signs of respiratory problems, I don’t see anything off in her mouth

Her crop feels normal to me and by normal I mean just like the rest of the hens

So what you are saying is it has food/water in it, but she's not been eating/drinking - so it should be empty right?

No there is. Nothing in it at all I’ll post a pic
I'm talking about her crop - the pouch located on the right side of her breast where food/water is "stored" for a short period of time.

I'm not going to be on for a while. Read this article.
Extending the neck is often a bird trying to adjust their crop. I would consider starting treatment for crop issues.

Also I don’t know if this means anything but I pick her up and when I get her down she doesn’t move and closes her eyes and her hind end it tucked down like this
