Chicken yellow face tired wont eat...not sure what is wrong

I don't see any signs of lice. I'm going to get her fecal tested when I get paid in a few days.

Getting a fecal sample tested is a good idea. Stress can initiate illness in chickens, so it would be best to try to reduce it as much as possible. If you can either try to isolate/separate the cat or her, make sure she is getting plenty of water (with vitamins if you have them) and is kept fairly calm. See is she improves.

Hopefully she will perk up with some TLC. Getting a poop sample tested is always a good idea.

I understand your worry. I do try to look all mine over everyday - watch to see if anyone looks "off". I have 2 Barred Rock girls - like your girl. They are sweet girls, I'm sure yours is too.
 
She's much perkier this morning, eating and running around. Also, she's dropping less feathers.
