Chickens and sores around neck.

I have some chickens that have bad sores around neck and there neck area is getting white feathers. They stop eating. How do I stop other chickens from pecking on them. The sores are really bad. I have lost 3 chickens. And what can I use for the sores on neck and body.

Separate the sick ones, this will help them from being picked on and allow you to give them individualized attention.
