Chickens eye is solid red and seems blind out of it overnight ?

I woke up this morning and my chickens eye is solid red and im pretty sure she is blind out of it. She is our pet and i dont no what happened or what to do....

Shes a lone chicken but we did have a family of chickens here for a day a few weeks ago. They were the neighbors and just lost but i let them use her water dish....... i dont think she has been in a fight

That can happen if there has been a hemorrhage in the back of the eye. It can happen in all animals. Does she act normally, alert and walking, eating and drinking? She is blind in the eye now.

She is acting normal eating good and walking fine.

Two of my dogs over the years suddenly developed that. They both had hemorrhages behind their eye. The last one had a brain tumor and died in two days. A head injury could do that, but also a spontaneous bleed in the eye.

She was fine last night and when we let her outa the coop this morning her eye was like this.
