I purchase my 6 bovan pulletts that were 20 weeks old 3 weeks ago. Built them a new house and enclosed run. But noticed the first week that they had no idea how to roost. So DH and me would put them on the roosts after dark adn did that for two weeks and low and behold they figured it out on their own. Now when it gets darkthey march into their house and climb up on the roost. Horray!! Now Iam waiting for our first egg. And I though seeing them roost was exciting...

Only one of mine roosts, the rest just snuggle on the floor
