Chickens head looks wet

This morning I noticed my chickens head looks wet. Appears to be a discharge.
What is it and how do I treat?

It almost looks like egg yolk. Have you had a problem with egg eating ?

I think the first poster is SPOT on! That is egg yolk and not a discharge of any sort.

Might be right. I have them in a chicken tractor with the run under the roost separated by wire.
I went in there and found the remnants of a paper thin shell on the wire. They may have been eating it and grabbing the drippings from below.
