If they are picking and eating the feathers and they are all doing it then you may need to increase protein in their diet. What % of protein does your feed have?

I dont know if she would be doing it to herself probably one of the others. They can be high in the pecking order and still get plucked by the others. My hens used to sit and let one of my hens pluck them. My poor wellsummers had a bald chest for months, she was not being bullied the others just used to pull the feathers out. Maybe a boost of protien for them all in case it is a deficeiency that is making them do it. How about some mealworms, and the anti pecking spray of course. I would sit and watch then and see if you can identify the culprit or culprits

Looks like its 16% if they are laying probably not enough. You can go to a layer pellet which I think is around 20%.
