Chickens missing feathers on back and top

I bought chickens from a friend who had too many roosters. Needless to say the chickens are missing feathers on their backs and tops of their feathers. Will they grow back?

they should grow back eventually when they hit molting season. but if you have roosters, and want to keep he from losing anymore feathers, you can buy something called a "chicken saddle" look it up and you'll see what it looks like.
