I bought 4 hens last September. One Maran, one easter egger, one production red and one Barred Rock. The Maran started laying after a couple of months. layed regularly until the freeze hit Texas. Has not layed since. I think the Barred Rock layed for a while. I don't have any way to give them more light. They free range several times during the week, i give them live meal worms twice a week. They look healthy. No signs of health problems. A chicken that I had before these lays very retgularly. Has never quit.

Do you have any idea how old they are? Older birds, especially after a change in environment, generally take a break in their laying cycle. Hopefully as the day light period increases they will resume laying.

The sudden change in temperature may have been enough of a shock to stop laying. May take a few weeks for her to restart.
