We have had chickens now for 2.5
years. Our first set of chickens are 2.5 years old, our second set 2 years old. Over the past 2 months both sets quit laying eggs. Zero eggs. The older set also seem to be bullying the slightly younger set. They are missing feathers and just don’t look to be thriving. We have no idea what the issue is. Food is the same, coop clean, etc. Any suggestions would be great!

x2. Both groups are of age to be molting for winter and without supplemental light are going to lay at a very reduced rate, or not at all, until days start lengthening again.

Usually when people stagger ages, they stagger 1 or 2 years, to keep up egg production.
