Chickens stopped eating out of feeder

It's been over a month since we've had to fill our chicken feeder with feed.. They all use to race to the feeders after being let out in the mornings, and now my husband said he can't remember the last time he seen any of our chickens eat from the feeder... We've been tossing pellets out in the run for them to peck at but should we be concerned?

I wouldn't be too concerned. I'm sure the chickens are still eating but, they may just be full or they might be finding other things to eat. I wouldn't be to worried about it unless it continues on for a longer amount of time. PM me if you have any more questions!

I prefer to throw feed out all over so that they can free range, during the day. seems to make them happier! good luck
