Chickens won't go in coop

I am not seeing any ventilation here:

The whole set up is small...I don't think I would lock them inside, I would just block the underneath part off for a while to see if they learn to go inside at night.

Thank you I'll remove the piece of wood blocking their run entrance

They might just be too hot, it’s more airy outside
