You might think about bringing them all. All the chicken lovers there, and with the breed, the fact that they are laying hens (big eggs!)...I'm sure they'll all find good homes.

I was thinking the same thing. We'll be in the market for just one more layer to complete our flock.

Ok I will bring them all.I was more afraid of what people would think seeing them not the people on the forum who know I do animal rescue but the outsiders who would just see partially naked birds and think they were neglected. When I got them they had white combs and looked like the roasting chicken you buy at the supermarket (almost completely bald). They have approx 3/4 of their feathers back and their combs are finally red again. The poor things were terrified of the outdoors. Now they free range with everyone and are so much healthier.I was shocked how huge their eggs were considering their condition.Everyone requesting me to hold birds please see me first thing in the morning so you get pick of the litter lol

Jackie, what a great thing you have done, saving those poor birds... and all the rest of the animals you and your mom have helped. They are so lucky to have people like you in this world!

my mom doesn't typically win much (of course, like me she isn't exactly a high roller and plays the cheapy slots like nickel/dime)... but maybe you have better luck than her!

Oh i have a couple that is looking for barred rock hens or pullets old enough to put in with hens. they are going to come for the chickenstock to see , if any one has any let me know.

Oh also i have fro sale
3 bantam baby crosses, daddy is a black minorca bantam and mommy is an ee cross bantam.
1 bantam cross baby momma is a smooth feathered silkie daddy well could be a few different, could be oegb or my rooster that is always around all teh grls, lol

maybe 2 sumatra pullets chicks not sure yet if i want to keep them or not.
