Has anyone tried this before and how was your experience?
From what I know, you're supposed to offer water free choice to a fully housebroken dog (you have a bigger issue if your adult dog isn't housebroken) and at least super frequently to a puppy.A quick question: Do you all suggest taking a dog's water away around 1-2 hrs before bedtime? Some sources say that it prevents them from going in the middle of the night, while others say that it can be harmful to the dog.
I don’t know lol I don’t think there is a set number. Some people will think you’re weird for having two or even 3 since 3 makes it more a pack or whatever. But there’s also people that have 10, 20, 30 dogs and take IMPECCABLE care of them and it makes them happy and that’s perfectly fine. A lot of people think that’s crazy and I personally wouldn’t have that many but if they’re being properly taken care of and trained, exercised, etc. then I don’t think any specific number is a “problem.” There are people that have just one dog and never train or walk it or let it get super obese or skinny or have nails a mile long or whatever else so you can neglect just one just as easily as 20. Some also have entire sled dog teams haha
