Powdered is fine, yes. I'm not sure how resistant turkeys are or aren't to coccidiosis, but I don't think it would hurt to treat them, too, if they are looking a bit ruffled and lethargic.

i will start their treatment tomorrow. there is no telling what will happen, and i don't want to take any chances especially with the turkeys. they are already past the hardest part of raising them right now. it would be terrible to lose them. my favorite chick died just a little while ago. i am very sad about that. i apparently didn't catch it in time. unfortunately, i have so many chicks running around, it's hard to figure out which ones are sick. the ones in my brooder boxes all seem to be doing just fine, but i'm medicating them now anyway, just to be safe. the ones i've been losing are either in my run, running lose in my shop, or in my coop. keeping my fingers crossed that i don't lose any more. i can't handle losing them.
