You're going to have to give us some more information, please.

How long have they been doing this?
What are you feeding them?
What does their droppings look like?
Are they showing any other symptoms like sneezing or anything unusual?

I bought them from a farmer near my house four days ago and they have been doing this since they came but they were not showing this behaviour at farmer's place (farmer is best friend of mine) .........I feed them a mix of white millet , rice and crushed wheat ( because of shortage of chicken feed in my area....I will try to buy feed chicken feed as soon as possible ) .....their droppings were like a brown coloured liquid yesterday but today they are still liquid but they have a whitish material like egg white in it.....yesterday I heard one of the pullet sneezing ....and one thing more ......when cockerel shakes his head a a watery liquid comes out but I don't know from which organ it comes out......plz help me .....it's my first time keeping chickens.....btw thanks for it attention.........yesterday the roosters toes were bended and he wasn't able to walk but today magically his toes are alright and he can stand and walk comfortably

2x and is it hot there and if so, how hot?

They need better nutrition...where in the world are you that you can't get feed?
Sneezing and watery cockerel sounds like some kind of respiratory infection.
