Got another ameracauna out edited to say both are now out.

My Partridge Silkies are here!!!

I had 16 go into lockdown and 15 hatched yesterday!!! I cracked the other one out and it had pipped internally but was shrinkwrapped. I put it back in the bator, and that's right where it was this morning; still stuck, so I peeled it out. So far, it's weak but alive.

I am SO happy!!! These are my first partridge chicks, and I think this is an AWSOME hatch, since I only started with 20 shipped eggs.

HATCH ON EVERYBODY!!!

Looks like I am done. 5 Lemon Cuckoo Orpingtons or at least I hope they are. I got them on Ebay. I had one died after pipping and 3 look like quitters. They are still in the bator, but I dont see any movement. I'll float test them later. Merry Christmas everyone. Hope eveyones chickies keep coming.

How very exciting! I got all choked up about Chicken Nugget, hope he makes it -love the names by the way. I've got two dogs that steer clear of my chickens -but I will keep a closer eye now. And i'm glad tea cup has a friend.

My chicks are not due till Jan 1st and this is my fist hatch -so I'm curious, why the egg cartons on the bator?

I need to get on top of Christmas!! Before it gets on top of me.
