Good! I have heard some horror stories on here about people picking up dead chicks, how horrible would that be!

My post office holds them for one day then lets the hatchery know they are "disposing" of them. They give them to a local feed store run by some great folks. They resell the chciks and all the money goes to the local food bank. They've done it several times in the last few years.
