Chicks pecking at other eggs- blood

it shouldn't be drying out if you rubbed just a dab of cocunut oil in the exposed membrane
, not sure where you are but it may be to much of a humidity drop getting those other chicks out, though that's always worked for me. In the mean time I would prepare for worse case scenario to keep you from opening the incubator, so your prepared if they need an assist out.
Are your temps and humidity verified by other than the incubators readings?

just be thankful your not learning and follow the incubators instructions when they are done for sea level altitudes , and your at high level altitudes.

Thank you everyone for your help! We have 5 of 8 hatched (starting on Thursday with 2 hatched, then Saturday 2 more and the last one on Sunday). Everyone seems to be happy and healthy. I appreciate everyone's feedback. It really helped!!
