hahaha,, ya i have 2 game roo's that are spanish speaking hehe

and i think now my bird count is higher lol,, just too many to count,, that should be a number ( too many to count)
and after i get more peafowl and some turkeys next spring,, i hope my neighbors like me

All I ever hear em talking about is their preference to corn tortillias to flour tortillias.

Please, please nobody consider this racial. I get along great with my neighbors even though we have a language barrier. I myself, prefer corn tortillias to flour

I have good news and bad news. Good news is, my husband is good with me ordering the chicks I want this year. bad news is, the packing peanuts will be grown specifically for food and their beautiful feathers. Isn't that horribly sad? But my dad said that fly fishermen pay handsomely for the best feathers. I am trying to look on the bright side and enjoy the fact that I am getting to order more chicks this year!!! Yaaaaaayyyyyy....

ive had people offer me big bucks for my peacock feathers,, and have 2 guys that come around every once in a while to gather the chicken feathers,, they offered to pay,, i said " i should pay you for cleaning my yard)

and its not racial to have a spanish speaking roo ,, ALL my neighbors are spanish,, and for some reason, me being a yankee, and talking with my hands, with small grunts between gestures,, we all understand each other

I ment more about the feathers than eating the chicken. I guess since they are being grown First for food and then for feathers it isn't so bad. But I hate the thought of animals being raised for their skin, feathers, horns, etc. I think That is sad. Yeah, even after raising chicks - I am still quite happy to eat chicken.
