for example if you upload the picture to imageshack.us your "url to picture" would look something like this "http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/489/img0538q.jpg" (don't use the quotes)

at end state if everything works properly it should look like

img0538q.jpg"
<-- Again, remember that you can't use the " marks. I only used them to illustrate syntax.

Regarding uploading images: I use the BYC UPLOADS feature, that's listed in the blue line up there at the top of the thread. It will open a new window so you can do the work and still have your "post message" window open in which to paste the code.

You will have to do each photo one at a time. (That's why the system opens a new window, so you can flip back and forth.)

You have to browse on your computer to find the photo, highlight it, click OK, and click UPload. When the page reloads, you will see a small version of your photo, with two rectangular boxes below it. The top one lists the codes for a thumbnail image, the bottom box will have the code for the regular sized photo.

Highlight the code in the bottom box. Then press the Ctrl (Control) key and the letter C key at the same time; this copies the code. Then flip back to your post, and PASTE the code into the message. Use the CTRL and V keys. Control C copies, Control V pastes.

We want to see those photos!!

Hay guess what My birds are finally going in to the coop today. Some of them went into the coop and when others saw them they came and went in. I hope that all of them will follow. Thanks every one.

They look like very young fluffy buts, so just give them time. They'll get the hang of it in no time. They're just so darn cute.

Thanks, I think so too.I had one really good picture of the dog with the chicks, but lost it.Now that there older he doesn't seem to intrested in them any more. The brown chick is a creamed legbarr ( some people call them egg eggers) and she's mine. This is the only one that will be a pet. The little ones have given me hope, that they will go into the coop.there is a fiber glass spa cut in half in the yard and they go under it, I'm hoping that they don't think that ,that's there coop.thanks again every one!!!!

'HELP" One of my hatching chicks started to peck it's way out of the egg last night but only got one little hole in the egg...on the narrow end. I know that you can't help the chick at first but it has been 24 hrs. and I can clearly hear it cheeping. But hasn't made anymore progress. It starts to cheep when it can hear me messing with the other chick that hatched out. Now I know it is still alive and didn't drown when it broke the wrong end of egg...sooo what do I do? Leave it alone or help it? Please help asap!! Thank you for any feed back you can give me.
