Chocolate Sheet Cake

Spring Branch
2 c flour
2 c sugar
Sift together in large bowl

Bring the following ingredients to a rolling boil:
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c shortening
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 c water
Remove from heat, cool a bit and add to flour mixture whisking well then add

2 eggs beaten
1/2 c buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan and bake 35 minutes at 350

Icing
1/2 c margarine
4 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp milk
Bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and add;

1 box Sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat until smooth. Pour over cooled cake.

Enjoy!!!

No problem! I love sharing recipes that I know are awesome. I've held onto this bad boy for years and years and never once have I had a complaint. This cake doesn't stand a chance around here when I make it.

Ok, I know you said not to change anything but.....
I don't buy margarine. Can I use butter? Will it ruin the cake and everyone will hate me? I can't have that kind of pressure over my head.
