Chocolate Silkie Roo?

Hello all! No pressure just my whole silkie breeding plan hinges on this dude actually being a chocolate silkie roo . I've asked on another site and got guesses on his coloring being everywhere from chocolate, mauve and blue so I grabbed some better pictures of his coloring and now here I am asking y'all So am I right and this is a handsome chocolate roo? Or what your thoughts on what he? is? Feel free to tell me I'm wrong lol, any feedback is appreciated!!

Looks like chocolate to me. Definitely not blue. I'm unfamiliar with the mauve variety, but it's certainly not the real life version of that color.

That is chocolate in my opinion. Here's a photo from a couple days ago of some of mine. Mauve rooster on the left and two chocolate hens.

The second one is the mauve rooster about a month ago.

Mauve isn't even close to chocolate. I posted pictures of both mauve and chocolate above so the OP could be assured theirs was not blue, not mauve, but chocolate.
