Christmas hatch! Who's in?

I'm with you there. Mine are due tomorrow, too. Before leaving for work this morning, i thought I heard a peep, but I think I may have been wishing for it instead of actually hearing one.

MF Cochins are so pretty...can't wait for pics...how is it going? Mine are due Friday night (Christmas Eve)... But I hear and see nothing yet? 19 eggs but I didn't candle anything so I don't know what is going on.

I'm freaking out and going gray!!! I still have wiggling eggs and I swear one was playing roller derby last night. A few faint peeps from time to time but no pips yet. Been struggling w/ temp since took fan out. not quit sure what the temp should be for still air lockdown on duck eggs. Ugh

I have 3 out and 3 pipped! 2 dutch and 1 cochin out- the other 3 are Dutch that are pipped. Fast little buggars! All is quiet for the rest of the eggs. I'm thinking there may be a stall in hatching after the rest of the Dutch are done- they always seems to hatch first! Woo hoo! I am so eggcited!

All those new babies are wonderful!! I love it when ya'll put up baby pics!

We have 13 Barnevelders in the bator due to hatch late on the 27th! Only two bad eggs out of 16 from Christina Ledfords Barnies!! ( she was very generous !).... and lot's of moving going on in them so we are hoping for a great hatch!

Holiday babies are so cool!!!

Does anyone have visiting family seeing their first hatch? We didn't plan it,. but I have nieces and nephew that will see their first hatch here and they are thinking of getting chickens!
My neighbor planned a staggard hatch for Christmas so her out-of-state grandchildren would get to watch,. they start hatching tomorrow,. I think I will go take a peek./ it's great to see little ones watching a hatch for the fist time!
