Cinnamon bread pudding

We agreed that maybe some brandy or brandy flavored syrup next time in custard mix would send this receipe over the top with a 10+ rating. Will make again!

The top is crunchy, the inside is soft and...not exactly creamy, more bready than creamy. If you wanted it more creamy, you could probably use a little less bread; maybe only 1/2-3/4 loaf instead of an entire loaf.
