City of Ashes RP ~~Players Needed~~

Jen gritted her teeth. She looked at Lee "thanks" she muttered. "I hate this place , I hate everything about it! You should let me go . Then I can die and be less of a burden and end my miserable existence..."

Beatrix gave a small growl of frustration. Well, that attitude won't get you far here. Don't go dragging my people down.

Jo gripped her wrist a bit tighter. "You don't mean that..." he said gruffly.
(was this at me?im thinking it is) 'What do I hve to live for? A burned out camp? No memory of who I am? That's a great life..."
Jo looked at her harshly. He had to admit that he'd felt like that several times throughout this ordeal. "We're going to find answers. We'll find out what happened. Besides, we need to stick together. We have to live for each other."
"We can't give up" Garret said, agreeing with Jo as he stepped closer to them.
She stared at him a minute ..' im sorry...I m just so worked up. Thanks. ' She looked away at the fire.
Jo looked at the ground. "It's okay. I have to admit I've felt like that before, too. It'll pass." He had the sudden urge to hug her or something to comfort her, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. It wasn't something he would do. Instead, he relinquished his hold on her wrist, turning away from her.

Beatrix found herself glad that she hadn't interfered. The last time she had, it had ended in Autumn disappearing. The time before that, Elisha ran into the woods.

" wait what's your name? ? Mine's Jen" she touched his shoulder.
Jo looked at her. He was a bit uncomfortable with her touching his shoulder, but he didn't do anything about it. "Joseph." he said simply, then looked back at the ground.

((I'm trying to go back to his actual personality... I've strayed waay too much on him throughout the RP!))

(Don't force him! If he's grown, he's grown. The birdie may have flown the nest…)

((Nah. I'm dragging him back, kicking and screaming))

Isabella saw a flash of light from the corner of her vision. It was off in the direction of a field, covered with brush, grass, and weeds. The fire was mostly stopping at the treeline, and it definitely wouldn't reach there in the time it would take to investigate it. She glanced to the others. "I think I saw something. Out there, in the field..."

(She not forcing , she's just scared and alone , she touched him to feel safe nothing romantic about it ) She removed her hand . " Ok Joseph, how long have you been here ? I just arrived as you know."

((I know. He's supposed to be a solitary figure))
"Couple weeks ago." Jo said. "More recent than many others. And call me Jo."

Beatrix looked toward the direction Isabella indicated, "Something like what? A person?"
