Of course I already have my chooks and they are al different breeds. But maybe I could alternate letting out the banties and the regular chickies. Or maybe trade some of my banties for more silkies, since most people can't seem to tell that they are chickens.

When she mentioned the chickens I did say something to the effect of oh yeah they are not laying yet but I will bring you some eggs when they do. When I talk civil disobidience I'm talking like having 12 chickens instead of the 10 allowed, so nothing dramatic.

LOL, I'm not into tormenting guys. I'm sure a nice bribe of fresh eggs and some of my homemade caremels will keep her pacified. I'm not going to start the war, LOL.

I had a neighbor like that, complained about leaves from my tree. The tree was older then both our houses. Complained about grass needing to be cut if it was a inch longer then his. It went on and on, I bought a new house in the country and moved (because I love the country not because of him). Long story short my daughter lives in my old house now. When ever I go over to her house he comes over and tell me how much he misses us. He tried to talk us into moving back, come to find out he was just lonely, his picking was a way to start conversation. Maybe her complaints are just a way to start conversation.
