My OC is a loner that wanders, is that ok?

If so, her name is Crow, and she is a black cat that wears the skull and ribcage of another cat. She has cut the wings off a crow and stitched them onto the ribs. She has a little moon on her tail, and is always moving around. She, as mentioned, is a loner that will help people but can fight very well. She is skinny but not weak, and kind and calm. She has evolved to be a medicine cat and does a bit of "witchery" which means being in nature and learning how to do specific things that most cats cannot. She can also talk to starclan as she drinks out of the moon pool after all the medicine cats leave on the full moon.

Sorry if she's a bit overpowered, but she's my favorite OC : D

She also has made the wings able to open and close based off of her tail. They're kind of tied along the tail to that when the tail is stretched out they open.
