Clementine- I don't know what this is. Before and after

She's about 2yrs old. I have a photo from the months ago to compare

another girl has a white pimple on her beak that came up this week so maybe dry pox going around but this looks different. Also I know they have lice I've been adding DE to their dusting areas but we've had quite a bit of rain lately.
Thoughts?

DE does nothing to combat lice, and can be detrimental to chickens' delicate lungs.

There are lots of threads on treating lice, and mites. You need some permethrin, either powder or spray, and to treat both the chickens and the coop/bedding.

Where are you located? Are there mosquitoes out now? I don’t see anything alarming. Could she have injured her beak on a sharp feeder or on metal fencing?

Possibly, and yeah I'm in central Texas so there are mosquitos 11 months out of the year. I just assumed they wouldn't penetrate a beak.
