I only really take scenery pictures when I'm away from home, there's not really much to photograph at home unless you head out of town toward the hills. And I rarely leave home
I love scenic pictures; they’re beautiful, and they’re inspiration for when I paint, because I only pretty much only paint landscapes.
I did think some of these would be fun to try and paint! I generally hate landscapes because I've been made to do them when I don't want to. But sometimes I choose to try one even though I'm not too good.

I paint landscapes because I love to, but it’s also the only thing I’m decently good at. Right now my focus is to get the colors right and not worry so much about the design. But it is so difficult! :hitThis is my latest…and the photo it was based off of.

That's very nice! I'm sure you'll keep getting better as you do it!

Egg candling update! All 5 of the silkies eggs are infertile :hit Disappointing but not entirely surprising. I haven't had this rooster very long, I don't know how old he is and he came to me in pretty poor condition.
One DIS sussex/Barnie and another one that I think is also dead but I've left for a bit longer just to be sure.
All of my family member's polish eggs are fertile and growing. Send help before these ridiculous chickens take over
There's a heap of Silkie eggs from while I was away, so we're gonna set up another incubator. From the same rooster so :fl
There'll be more polish eggs in that one too 😐

Im sorry
I hope the next ones hatch!

Two more weeks?! Ouch! She's cute, is she having twins or just one big baby? I don't know much about goats, my neighbor has 5 males for "brush control" but don't see much of them.
I sure hope there's more than one, she's a tiny goat herself 😳

She still has 2 weeks!!! It looks like she is ready.
We're gonna have to see if she makes it two weeks.
I kinda think she might have three in there 🤔

I took Winnie on a walk today 🥰

Some chicken content.
Nosey at it again  She stopped by to check I was cleaning properly and then went to check the gossip with the silkies and the chicks. I had to fend the pesky escaped polish rooster away from both of us.

Nosey, one of her sisters, Elly and Thor in the corner when I let them out this morning.
