Cloudy eyes after dog attack

My chicken got caught by a dog, seemed stressed, but not injured and brought her in the house to recover. 2 days later seemed fine so put her back out with the other 4 and had a friend feed them while I was away. Home after the weekend she is not good. can barely walk eyes are both swollen and cloudy, I have her isolated but no idea what to do in this situation... help
She is 6 months...

Update on our Rhode Island Red 5PM:
She is quite happy inside with us. She is eating/drinking well(made a gruel from the pellets), and am giving her vitamin/electrolyte water with the only meds--an antibiotic-- that I could purchase at our local feed store called Duramycin-10.
eyes still clouded, but she seems happy.

, hoping she'll pull through. We talk about how tough our chickens are, but, really birds, as a whole, are rather fragile.
