I had a cocci outbreak in my chicken house, mainly the young chickens got it. I didn't know if the hens could be carrying it now since it was in their pen, and if their eggs hatch could the chicks get it through them?

Cocci is everywhere. They won't get it from the eggs but more often from eating feces. Keep chick feeders at least half full and bedding dry and lots of problems go away.
