Cochin Bantams and Frizzle Cochin Bantams!!

Feather sexing only works with breeds that carry the fast feathering gene. And, excuse me if I'm wrong, Cochins do not.

I can tell at hatch what is boy and what is girl. Combs on boys is so obvious at first, you can see the little points but with the girls you can't. Boys feather in slower, girls are much faster at feathering in and always watch that comb.

I've never had any that color. Just taking a wild guess here lol maybe Golden Laced? Hopefully someone that knows for sure will chime in

Those are really cute, but unfortunatly it is way too early to tell, wait until they are 4 weeks old, boys usually have their comb coming at that time, at least 4 of my did.
