Cochin Bantams and Frizzle Cochin Bantams!!

Updated pic of my frizzle named Boo. Almost 5 weeks old. Any guess on if it's a roo or hen?

Where did you get this chick? Is he a frazzle?

I ordered him from ideal poultry hatchery. I always thought he looked frazzle too. The hatchery assured me he was a frizzle.

Can someone give me some advice, in the not too distant future I will be acquiring a white Cochin frizzle rooster and a smooth black Cochin hen... If I were to hatch eggs from the black hen mated with the white roo, is there a better chance to get black Frizzle or white Frizzle babies ? Or, is there no way of telling and it's just by chance ?

her dad was white her mom was charcol. all the females came out charcol the male was brown then turned white with black spots

Their pens are set up frizzle to fizzle based on their 75% frizzle rate they are advertising. Yes, he's "frizzle" but I think he carries two copies of the frizzle gene.
