This is the leg of one bantam roo. I been treating with a spray from TSC. I'm wondering if this is something that is normal with Roos that are trying to breed everything even me. Lol or is it a more serious problem ?

looks like whatever u have been using is irritating his skin does he have mites or something and the horny thing is probably because the hens arent letting him do his thing or r they really young but a good kick when he does it to u should do the trick

There legs have been like this since I got them last week. I'm using a scaly leg spray fro TSC. They have been bathed, dusted, vet Rex from TSC on combs, and wattles the roo in the pic as a wheeze when he crows its supossed to help with that.

The "horn" is his spur the other spur looks as if had been broken. i had to separate the boys from the girls they had been allowed to breed the girls until the girls were tore up. i split them right away to give the girls a chance to recover. Reguardless of your intentions for your chickens be it show, eggs or meat I believe they should be taken care of. this was more of a rescue than a purchase for me. i know it will take a lil time to get them back into shape but I'm felling better about their situation the girls are showing fuzz now where they was only skin a week ago. they have also started laying which i'm taking as a sign they are comfy and happy with their new home.

She really likes the frizzle ones so I thought these could start us on a father/daughter frizzle project this spring. I wanna be sure they are heathy and happy before we start!!!
I've only been raiseing chickens since the first if this year so I'm still a newbie and I'm constantly trying to increase my knowledge.
I can't wait for the shows to kick off this fall I've never been to one and I was fortunate enough to get some show quality Heritage RIR that should be ready to show this year so I'm getting excited about that.
Thanks for you advice it's always welcome around here good or bad!!

lol ur welcome i have been raising chickens all my life and maynot still know all the answers but am always trying to help the newbies out anytime u need anything let me know and god bless

any other ideas
I don't know if I insulted you, hurt your feelings or what, but you've been given the best advice possible and you have received it from several folks. Fishing around for other methods to find one that you like, is only prolonging the suffering of your hen. I wasn't kidding when I said the mites will kill her - they will and it doesn't take long. For your hens sake PLEASE take our advice and bath and treat your bird, TODAY! Also, the rest of your chickens will have mites, therefore I would recommend that you treat them all. Keeping mites off of your birds is not hard, but it is critical for their health.
I'm sure I could have said this better, kinder, more gently than I have, but don't let being put off by my manner get in your way of saving your girls life.
