There are many good breeders and exhibitors of Bantam Cochins in Wisconsin. Multiple shows around the state also. When in doubt ask and most often people will share the
answer.

The green on the leg is from the little pillow of nutritional supplement they include in the shipment.

Two whites, a blue, and a gold laced.

Yes. That looks a lot like it. It has some feathering now. On the back. But still looks like that around the head on day 7
