Cochin Thread!!!

Hi just got these chicks my silkie is deathly afraid of them and runs away so she can't raise them. One I think is a partridge cochin and a black one for sure. Can you give me a second opinion on the partridge to see if it's actually partridge? I don't know genders either but it's hard to tell at a day old lol :) so I will be posting later on to see if you guys can help me with the genders. I have never had Cochins before and have only had chicks that where over a week :D

they are looking good. I would say the last one looks like it would be a partrig

Hi everyone. I just came across this forum. I hoping someone here can help me out. I am trying to figure out the breed of my chicken and if it is a pullet or rooster. Any help is appreciated!

I want to say rooster, and maybe cochin mix or a pet quality cochin (but still very handsome in my eyes) not sure what you would call his color pattern.
But I really like him!
I'm new to Cochins to so I could be wrong.

Thank you. Yeah I am leaning towards roo too. I thought she was a pretty pullet and loved her markings and just thought she was small and just plain cute and was excited to get her first egg but....
