I just got back from driving up to Iowa to visit Craig and buy a couple Buff Columbians. It was a very long day driving in the storms. It rained the entire way there and the entrie trip back home! Got home after dark so will have to get the new arrivals set up tomorrow.
I came home with 2 very nice birds! That little cockerel is going to be a beautiful bird so is that pullet. Thanks Craig!

Got the grand tour of his new chicken house! What a nice place he has and I love the set up it sure makes cleaning a lot easier!

Thank you everyone for the compliments on my new partridge girl! She is settling in quite nicely. Such a friendly, calm bird. Her foot feathers look like they have been rubbed off or cut, so I think they are actually longer than they are right now!

Glad you made it up today. We are going to get 3 to 8 inches of snow tonight depending on which weatherman you believe. I hope you enjoy them like I do. Also hope you picked up some helpful information and useful ideas.
