OK, these chicks are Jersey Giants. The one on the left is a pullet, see how she has a longer, tapered tail, carried low? The one on the right is a cockerel, he has what I call a cottonball tail. I think you are leaning toward the cottonball there.



P.S. I took a bunch of pics of some Partridge Cochins today, but haven't downloaded them off my camera yet. Will post some pics tomorrow.

Well if he's a rooster than that's ok. I wanted to breed the splash Cochin I have.

Was told yesterday that my little one seems to be a spotted or mottled cochin. We were hoping it would be a pullet, but others seem to think it's a roo. Looking for more opinions. It is 4 weeks old now.

These are my 2 month old Partridge Cochin's. We have two adult hens already we loved them so much we got three more. Only problem is I think the top one is a Rooster! We already have a Rooster and didn't want another one
