I don't know what "quality" they are but I don't care. They have the best personalities and that makes them the best "quality" to me!!!!

Agreed! Mine is a family pet and we enjoy her so much!!!! They are such a fun and friendly breed!!!!

YAY!! They are sooooo cute! That splash looks like its going roo to me. It also looks like none of yours ended up with that split breast yay! All my splash have that bad(its a disqualifying feature in their breeding). You should put a better pic up of River. I love her coloring....great now I want a Blue Cochin... -_-
This is Green Legs at 5 weeks(Left) and his current 7 week old pic(Right). He kept a small comb and waddles till about 6½ weeks old. I REALY wanted this one to be a girl >8(

For anyone that isn't sure what split breast is, its that crease in the middle of his chest on the left pic.
SO! Now that your phone is working that means we get to see weekly pic's of those babies and watch them grow up right???

My girl has been going broody off and on and has a BARE chest right now

And ps. On Hawaii being a roo. I think that one day but then the next I think pullet, then cockerel, then back to pullet. I am praying for a pullet. I already have a good roo and I don't need two. But I told my husband if he is a roo he is not leaving me. Neither is my polish roo sunset so I guess I will be building a second coop and run. Lol!

This is why I don't know if Hawaii is a pullet or cockerel...
Hawaii is a LF cochin 5 weeks old (center)
A 4 week old cockerel bantam on one side
And river a 4 week old pullet bantam the other

I have a few I bounce around with boy / girl. My Cochins are all LF and Hawaii just looks a lot like Green Legs at 5 weeks. Hope Hawaii is a girl but if you keep it anyway I think you can get more splash if you cross a splash with a blue. Hawaii makes them both look so tiny lol! River is beautiful! I am jelly of her! I love the coloring on her face and around her eyes.

Yeah if he is a roo I would love to get babies from him and river. But don't know if that's a good idea.. Him being LF and her a bantam...? What do y'all think?

Rocky 3 weeks LF cochin, I think it is going to be black, but not sure. I am also guessing it is a cockerel.





Shadow also hatched with Rocky and I think it is a blue pullet

Jewel did not get her picture taken because she is on day 19 of being broody and should be having some chicks soon. She is a LF blue.

Smokey is my 4 month old bantam cockerel


and Panther who is 2 weeks older then Smokey and is a bantam pullet
