the bottom two pics are Chicken little, my Angel ! I am just looking for a family pet and for my boys maybe see the process.
i know nothing about breeding or genetics. I'm very new to chickens. I like the look of your buff colored boy better but love frizzles too. :) better to ask someone with more experience.

I posted a coupke weeks ago on these two Cochins. I have my idea of what gender they are

but would like some input on the one black frizzle/frazzle cochin. I'm hoping maybe he is a pullet. Here we go obviously I have 1 cockerel on hand. I believe two. I read somewhere that if two Roos are growing together one tends to develop slower. Curly is quite! Doesn't have the strong dominant personality as Billy. What does every one think the gender of Curly is? I'm crossing my fingers! They are 7 weeks. Thank you in advance !

Looks like beautiful Roo's! If you ever sell any of your eggs in the spring...let me know

I want to try Bantam Cochin eggs that are local in Calif and see if I get a better hatch! I can't have a Roo where I live so I don't have fertile eggs of my own

Sure, as long as you don't mind " chicken littles genetics. She's a Mille Fluer D"Uccle. She's the sweetest bird I have!!!!shes very social and loves to jump up in table and join the conversation. Brown nose us into giving her mealworms and sunflower seeds. I have 11 big hens and a Roo in a different coop. They don't like her tricks

she loves to be held and babied!!

Awww...my Bantam Cochin girl is EXACTLY the same! We have them as pets so they are friendly and very "people social"...LOL! I hatched out a Bantam Mille Fluer D'Uccle but was soooo sad she didn't make it

Better picture of him or her.

Looking back, i had a another partridge cochin roo chick from the same breeder that at 6 weeks had way less feathers than this one a couple months ago.
