1 week old today! Already starting to get wing feathers! Can you tell from the color if it's male or female? It looks like what a hen would have but I've never had a male partridge Cochin to compare.

Here is the late hatcher. Still has leg problems and it's SO tiny compared to the other.

Cochins are extremely hard to wing sex. Most people do not bother sexing them

This pullet finally laid her first egg! And if my day couldn't get any better I saw the Cock breed her! I still have to crack this one and check fertility

It is to late to hatch eggs for this year's show season but I would like some from these 2 for next years season that are over a year.

Here's the Cock

Does anyone here know where I can get Mille Fleur or Buff Barred project bantams Cochins? I had them for a few years but sold my entire flock in 2015 and now I'm searching to get some more, but I can't seem to find them anywhere? I can pay for shipping. Any advice on where to go would be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for blue Mottled. I have black Mottled from a Jamie Matts line now.
you could try special order forms from tractor supply. see if one of the varieties is what you are looking for. you can pick up the forms during chick days, but you won't get our chicks until after chick days are over.
