I had a great weekend. I drove to a poultry show in Bath New York. What a nice bunch of people running the show! It was a Cochin district meet with at least 10 standard cochins and 70 bantams entered maybe more. Got to meet several well known breeders. Received a few pointers that will help in the future. Saw beautiful country and good birds of many breeds. I don't remember the results except that a black pullet won best featherleg. If you have ever considered going to a show please do. Show dates and locations can be found in poultry press each month.
